Ensure your order hasn’t been processed for delivery. Changes can only be made to orders not yet prepared.

2. Canceling an Order:

To cancel an order:

• Log into your Fresh Prep account and go to the 'Upcoming Deliveries' section.
• Select the delivery you wish to cancel.
• Click on 'Cancel Delivery' and confirm your cancellation.

If 'Cancel Delivery' is not an option, the order may already be in the preparation stage.

3. Modifying an Order:

To modify an order:

• Access your Fresh Prep account and go to 'Upcoming Deliveries'.
• Select the delivery you want to modify.
• Adjust meal selections as needed and save your changes.
