Order Modifications and Cancellations

Managing your Fresh Prep orders is simple and flexible. Follow the steps below to modify or cancel your order:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Modification Window: You can modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
• Order Status: Only orders that have not been processed for delivery can be altered.

Steps to Modify or Cancel an Order:

1. Log In: Access your Fresh Prep account on our website.
2. View Orders: Navigate to 'My Orders' to see your current orders.
3. Select Action: Choose the order to modify or cancel, and follow the prompts.
4. Confirmation: Receive an email confirmation once your changes are submitted.

Important Information:

• Refunds: Cancellations are eligible for refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
• Placing a New Order: If modifications cannot be made, consider canceling and placing a new order.
