Guide to Returns and Refunds with Fresh Prep

While we hope you enjoy every meal, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Here’s how to handle returns and refunds with Fresh Prep:

Return Eligibility:

Ensure the following before initiating a return:

• The request is within the stipulated return period.
• The meal kit or item is in its original condition and packaging.

Returning a Meal Kit:

1. Start a Return Request: Log into your account and go to 'Order History'. Select the relevant order and click 'Return Item'.
2. Select a Reason: Choose the reason for your return from the available options.
3. Print Return Label: Use the prepaid return label provided to ship the item back.
4. Send Back the Package: Drop it off at the specified shipping carrier location.

Processing Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
